Plaspalet S.A. has developed a mechanism for the revision of the agreements with its customers to assure before signing the contract that:

- The requirements of the customers as regards the product or Licence are clearly defined.
- We have the capacity to satisfy the requirements mentioned, as a regards its technical requirements or delivery terms.
- We have an appropriate mechanism of internal communication that allows informing to all the areas that can be affected by any modification of the agreed condition.
